What is the purpose of data protection conditions?<\/strong><br><br>Conditions of data protection (hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the data protection rules&#8217;)<strong>Data protection conditions<\/strong>\u201d) describe how Noraone Holdings SPV O\u00dc (hereinafter \u201c<strong>Noraone<\/strong>Your personal data will be processed and your rights in relation to the processing of personal data by Noraone.<br>For the protection of your personal data and only for lawful processing, Noraone complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (hereinafter &#8220;the General Data Protection Regulation&#8217;).<strong>General Data Protection Regulation<\/strong>(ii) the requirements laid down.<br><br><strong>2. Who is the controller of personal data?<\/strong><br><br>The controller of the personal data described in this privacy policy is Noraone Holdings SPV O\u00dc (registration code pending, address: R\u00e4vala pst 3, Tallinn 10143, Estonia, email: info@noraone.ai).<br>In situations described separately in the Data Protection Conditions, Noraone is a processor and not a controller. In these situations, you must contact a specific controller to exercise your data protection rights.<br><br><strong>3. For what purposes and on legal grounds does Noraone process personal data?<\/strong><br><strong>3.1. Databases<\/strong><br><br>Noraone has developed and continuously updates a database of companies belonging to the target group of Noraone, which may require solutions, services, applications or products offered by Noraone and which contain data on the respective companies, including the following information on the company representative and\/or contact persons: first name, surname, title, responsibilities, professional telephone number, Work-related e-mail. Noraone collects data from its database from public data in the business register, from company websites, and contacts with companies to receive data. Noraone also collects data from the database at the moment when a person registers itself as a recipient of the newsletter from Noraone or forwards an application to Noraone to join a Noraone service together with the data necessary for providing the service and\/or providing the solution.<br>Noraone shall keep data in the database for an indefinite period unless the data subject has objected to the processing of the data by Noraone (see point 7 of the Data Protection Conditions) or if the data are incorrect or obsolete to the knowledge of the data subject or if Noraone decides to cease the provision of the service to the data subject or to the company it represents. Noraone updates the data from the business register or other public sources in the database on average once a month, and the data from company websites and companies themselves, on average four (4) times in one year. The history of contacts, i.e. information on which person was previously employed or operated in which company and in which area of responsibility, Noraone does not keep.<br><br><strong><em>On what legal basis does Noraone process personal data from the database needed to provide databases?<\/em><\/strong><br><br>The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of Noraone in introducing and providing companies represented by data subjects with new generation services and solutions and goods that are of interest to them.<br>The privacy of data subjects is limited because the data processed are data intended for business and business contacts with the company. As a general rule, it is in the interest of business contacts to allow other companies and interested parties to contact them. In addition, it is possible for data subjects to prohibit the processing of their personal data in the Noraone database (see Data Protection Terms section 7). This further reduces the potential interference with data subjects&#8217; privacy.<br><br><strong>3.2. Processing of data from a customer&#8217;s representative of Noraone services to provide services to the customer and to supplement Noraone databases<\/strong><br><br>In order for Noraone to provide its customers with its services, goods and solutions, as well as to supplement the database required for the provision of Noraone services, Noraone processes its client companies (e.g. remote reading of IoT meters, indoor climate monitoring, energy monitoring and management services for buildings, etc.). ( users) personal data relating to contact persons and representative persons, such as first name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, service or product order data (e.g. period, invoice data) as well as the role of the representative in the company.<br>The legal basis for the processing of personal data necessary for the provision of the service (first and last name, telephone number, e-mail, service or product order data) is the performance of customer contracts for the provision of machine-to-machine communications services, software services (SaaS) or solution services (IaaS).<br>Noraone processes the necessary data for the provision of the service to its customer during the period of validity of the customer contract and, as a general rule, up to 3 years after the expiry of the customer contract, according to the legitimate interest of Noraone, to keep the data for legal claims or objections where appropriate. The original accounting documents (including contracts and invoice data) containing personal data shall be kept for 7 years in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act.<br>The legal basis for the processing of personal data needed to complete the Noraone databases (forename and surname of the customer or contact person, company represented and role in the company, telephone number, e-mail) is Noraone&#8217;s legitimate interest in supplementing the databases necessary for the provision of Noraone services. The legitimate interest of Noraone lies in the need to improve and update the services provided by Noraone over time. The privacy of data subjects is limited because the data processed are data intended for business and business contacts with the company. It is generally in the interests of business contacts to allow other companies and interested parties to contact them. In addition, data subjects will be able to prohibit the processing of their personal data in the Noraone database (see section 7 of the Data Protection Conditions for more details).
